I'm alive!!! And no, I haven't been in the coast till now xD, I wish! After passing my last exam in September I decided I deserved some REAL holidays, so I left LJ and practically everything aside during that time... and then classes started. I understood that I'd have to work my ass off this year (this time for real xD) to see if I can finally get rid of this whole thing in 3-5 years, I believe I've told you about careers situation right now and why I must hurry up. Well, believe it or not, that's what I'm doing: spending an indecent amount of time doing university stuff, so I've been busy and will be until June, most likely.

The bad thing is, even if I'm trying my hardest, I don't feel like I'm learning that much, so it's quite disappointing. And also, whoever planned schedules deserves a painful, long death. Over 80% of Chemistry students tried to change it so that it wouldn't be such a HUGE CRAP, and I know because I talked to several teachers about it. Buuut, there was nothing we could do in the end. So that's why you won't see me online as much as before. Aaaanyway.

I'll try to update more often, but it's not like I have anything remotely entertaining to say about last weeks xD. Oh, yeah!! Les Luthiers!! I'm sure most of you know about them. They're these Argentinan musicians/comedians, I went to one of their performances last month and it was FREAKIN AWESOME!!! Frankly, I didn't expect I'd like them that much, I haven't laughed that hard in a long, long time. Yesterday I heard in the radio that they'd come here again in March, so all of you who wanted to see them please hurry and get your tickets!!

I tried this game a couple of weeks ago, Machinarium. You know these point and click games, like Monkey Island? It's one of those, although it's not comedy. You're a robot and must find the way to find your girlfriend and kill the bad guy, basically, but its logic puzzles aren't easy, which is the main reason why I like it.

Well folks, that's all for now!!

Well folks, I'll be in the beach in 2 days and odds are I'm gonna be busy as hell thinking what to take with me, packing and stuff starting this very moment, so I'm taking a few minutes to update my journal to tell you that I'll be away until the 30th... which will actually be the 31st since I'm planning on sleeping all day the moment I get back here. I'll miss you all - except when I'm swimming in the sea, escaping from the hell Spain turns into in summer, secretly laughing at all of you...*Nelson's HA HA echoes in the background*.

But what would my LJ be without a little bit of ranting. I woke up early today -exactly at 8.30 which, considering I'm on holiday, shouldn't even be legal-, hoping I could finally find a swimsuit that suited me since I hadn't been able to yet, and I met my best friend afterwards. Well, I totally DIED. It's so damn hot in here that when I finally got home I was sweating buckets and stinking as if I hadn't taken a bath in years. And I'm starving >_< . Given we're leaving in no time, our fridge is practically empty and there is absolutely nothing I can eat... and since I live in a neighbourhood where there isn't even a fucking supermarket without needing to walk for at least 15 minutes, I can't really go buy stuff there -I don't quite fancy frying under the scorching sun-.

So that's all xD. Y'all have fun, okay? Or else.

So! I bought some new clothes for summer. Not much, actually. Just a couple of thin shirts for sleeping comfortably, a pair of pants and sandals. And MAN, I SO HATE SANDALS. But it's awfully hot outside, and I know what it feels like to wear boots/sneakers every single day in summer. This year I decided I wouldn't make my feet fry, so that's why. Yesterday I spent HOURS trying to look for ONE pair that I liked and that suited me with no luck, but today I finally found something that might even be kind of my style. Now I just need to get used to them. No, it didn't only take me a day, but I normally don't bother to spend more than 10 minutes looking for something; you all know how I love shopping (mind the irony).

Lately there are more and more chinese boutiques -not chinese stuff, but run by chinese-, which is perfectly fine, but yesterday I had this... weird conversation with one of the store girls. I didn't notice she was chinese until she turned around to listen to me, and I thought... I sincerely hope she can speak spanish. But, since she was working there, I assumed she did. It went like this:

Me: Excuse me?
Her: Yes?
Me: This pair... do they make feet sweaty?
Her: They're not for feet.
Me (mentally): WTF
Her: ......
Me: The sandals... you know... *trying to find a better way to express myself* do feet sweat too much with them on?
Her: ... I don't know.
Me: ......

I don't mean anything racist with this, it's just that... these situations are funny xDDDD. And no, I didn't buy them in the end XD.

Anyway, I'll keep trying to make my life more interesting so that you can actually read something worth it here XD.

Sorry, I've been busy with exams and all, so I haven't been able to update this... and not that I did anything remotely interesting apart from studying XD. Well, there's still one exam result I need to know, but the others went just fine. But still, my degree isn't something I really want to talk about, so I'll leave it there.

I've been looking for a job every single fucking day for over a month and a half now, but no chance. Everything needs work experience or is for a long period of time which I don't have since I'll be away on August and classes start again on October. I do have some work experience but, since I only work during summer, it's only about 6-7 months, which is apparently never enough. But anyway.

Since I'm officially on holiday, I've tried to spend my time in something useful, which means watching interesting stuff online. I started watching the 6th and last season of The L Word, but it's just too much for me. I am truly interested in lesbian themed movies, series and all, but The L Word is hideous. Maybe I'm just too simple, but man... I'm bored of all those über-complicated lives where everything happens to the same people. And every girl in there happens to be a lesbian who, of course, ends up flirting with at least one of them. Maybe I'm weird, but I normally don't find girls jumping over others anytime, anywhere.

Lately I've been watching these BBC documentaries about prehistoric stuff. They're incredibly interesting (or maybe I just love these things xD), I only recently found out they existed and I'm totally going to buy the DVDs whenever I'm not broke (you know, no work, no money). There's also one about Neanderthals I found on Youtube, but I like the others best. I don't know if I'll get this one too, time will tell. Still, I think you all should watch them.

And that's all for now, my friends. I know, my life is boring XD, but I'm working on it!

I've been longing for some girl on girl action for a long time now, so today I decided I'd try to find something new to read/watch/play. All the yuri games I've read of seem total CRAP, since either they include rape or the main character is in reality a guy that, for some reason, is in the body of a girl or whatever, or it's actually shoujo-ai with such amount of cheesiness (?) that makes you want to puke.

Since I check on lesbian manga somewhat often -I won't say yuri since only like 1% of it has more than a kiss-, I know when there's something worth reading out there. Of course there are tons of comics I haven't even heard of that might be brilliant, but anyway.

And then I tried to find some decent yuri anime. There was quite a lot of information in forums and such and all of them were the same cheesy stuff with lame characters.

I'm so sick of stupid romances and an extremely complicated plot about love triangles, squares or n-sided polygons. A little twist is ok, but the whole thing based on it is just horrid. Basically because the yuri content in there is ever so subtle that most of the times neither of the three (or n) parties have ever spoken to each other. What the Hell. And when they have, they all crave for the other's love and will never EVER tell them about it, just leave several hints that a normal person wouldn't even notice. But they're lez girls in a jap anime. Of course when another girl smiles at them it means they'll share eternal love forever. And it's oh SO DARING when the girl touches their hand. Please kill me. Maybe I'm weird, but I'd like to watch some action there. Simpler plots, direct characters and actual sex every once in a while doesn't hurt, really.

Some other day I'll rant about yaoi xD.

Today I have good and bad news. The bad news is that Miika Tenkula, a member of the already deceased band Sentenced, passed away a few days ago. It is said that after the band split up in 2005, his problems with alcohol had worsened, but I don't know if that's the actual reason for his death.

On another set of events, Amorphis is releasing a new album in May under the name of Skyforger. The band says the musicstyle will be similar to their previous work, which is perhaps too soft for someone like me, who finally managed to like Death Metal after so many years. I guess I'll still give it a try.

That's all for now, I'm afraid!

Someone showed me a Blossom video today. You know, these TV series from around 15 years ago. I thought of the actors and believed they'd be in their forties already, and I found out a couple of shocking facts.

First, Blossom is older than the dumb handsome brother, Joey.

Second, Joey is 32, which means he REALLY was a teenager in the series. I find this particularly weird since actors who play the role of a teenager lately are at least twice their age xD.

I just wanted to share my puzzlement with all of you xD. And please take a look at this xD. It's HIDEOUS.

Just to make it easier for the 8 Ball God, I'll specify what I want it to consist of. I want a different partner for each day of the week, that would make a total of 7.

Since I love metal music and Scandinavian metal is known to be the best, I'd like 3 of those: Finnish, Swedish and Norwegian. I don't like Norwegian metal that much -at least what I've heard, but I bet they're at least as hot as the others. They should introduce me to cool metal bands, play their music to me and of course satisfy me in bed.

Then, asians. I love asian cuisine, so I'd need a total of 4 asians to make it 7 members in my harem: Chinese, Korean, Jap and Thai. They all shall cook for me everyday. I don't really want them for anything else apart from food and sex XD. I know, I'm sick xD.

In another set of events, a friend of mine found a site where you could buy an AWESOME polyester Periodic Table tie, which I'd love to have, but I saw something I'd like even better... THE ATOMIC EARRINGS!! <lj:music>Poisonblack - Only You Can Tear Me Apart</lj:music>

As most of you know already, I'm back in this little world of madness which is my beachless (?) life. I should say I'm pretty tired right now, but I'm quite in a good mood so I decided to update.

First things first: Bea's return!!!❤!!! I was the first one to arrive, and her brother and his girlfriend came next. Then, the emo and his friends started coming, they were around 8 people in the end, and another girl who arrived after that. The result was, over 10 people -some of them in a costume xDDD-, most of them with a pink ribbon (I should say I totally refused to wear that xDD, I still have my pride) and with a HUGE green placard full of cute, idiotic and senseless drawings. Obviously, everyone around us was staring as if we'd just escaped from a madhouse, and it was even funnier when we practised how to greet her the moment we saw her. Her brother and his girlfriend made her believe that none of us were there, so she walked directly towards them until... THE MADHOUSE ATTACK!!! We started screaming/singing her name and she turned her head to us -along with HUNDREDS of other people xDDDDD-, smiling like a kid with a new toy and teary eyes. Well, the poor thing burst in tears when she reached us xDDDD, soooo cute!!!! Really, the sweetest thing I've seen, EVER.

When I opened my mailbox today I found a package from Finland, meaning that the stuff I ordered from Poisonblack had arrived. To my surprise, their third album, released a couple of days ago in Finland, is actually pretty good!! I didn't really know what to expect, since their style between their first and second album changed drastically, but they finally seem to have found their own. And, unlike what happened with the other two, I liked the music from this one the moment I first listened to the songs. Until now it was a gradual process, which doesn't mean I don't like the previous ones; they already were one of my favorite bands before and, if they continue like this, I'm sure they'll still be whenever their next album comes out. Their music is pretty much like their previous album's, perhaps a bit clearer and with a different meaning in their lyrics; the previous two were mostly about lust, this one is -I believe- more centered in... pain? I think I'll need to read them to confirm this, but it's something definitely different from "let my body swirl around you" or "now drunk on lust I drown in you", at least it seems so reading the song titles. Well, if I realize the actual theme of the new album has nothing to do with what I just said, I'll tell you someday xD.

AND I HAD CHINESE TODAY!! HA!

Speaking of which: K!! You're the hottest chinese I know!

Today I suddenly remembered one of the things Oniichan told me a few days ago. It's about the school I went to, you all know I totally love it and that I hope to teach there someday, since I believe that place has been of crucial importance in my life and I want it to become a part of my future, too.

Sometimes I go there to visit my teachers and hear stuff about how students are nowadays. Youngsters are becoming... how could I describe it? Rebellious, perhaps. Ok, I know we all have gone through that age where we think we only have rights and whatever, but what I'm referring to is beyond any logical reasoning. They've started to lie to their parents so that they sometimes consider to sue one of the teachers, get into serious fights -meaning, violent ones- and steal stuff like ipods from their classmates. Well, there was of course a little bit of all that when I studied there, but it was never even close to what it is like now.

The last thing I heard, just like Oniichan told me -I haven't heard myself-, is about a girl. Two 15 year old kids tried to rape this girl, younger than them, in the bathroom. Of course they were expelled, but here's where it gets worse. There are these lawyers defending minors' rights, which is completely fine, and one of these went to my school so that these 2 kids could go back to school right away, since it's illegal for a minor younger than 16 to be anywhere else during school hours. So they went back, and obviously the girl left.

What the FUCK.

Please, think about it and tell me in case there's anything that makes the situation acceptable, because I sincerely can't find the logic in all this.
